He hasnt done the club any favours too so far.Imagine being Xavi Simons and seeing how this team performs.

He’s shown flashes but is inconsistent.
Need to give players time or we’d run almost all of them out of town.
There was a lot of hype when he signed, I fail to see why.Imagine being Xavi Simons and seeing how this team performs.

He's got a lovely smile.
You've hit the nail on the head, as usual.Actually thought he grew into it yesterday.
Played a rough pass but then started combining with Udogie and Odobert, created some decent situations.
It definitely wasn’t a continuation of the Wolves performance.
Wirtz had better numbers in the same league and he looks just as bad. The physicallity of the prem seems to have found both out so far.
Please. Can we all give this young lad some time to adapt also please and not batter him with pressure with the expectation of hitting the ground running?
Wirtz going through similar at Liverpool. Some players take time to adapt.
Drogba and Son being obvious examples.
He's already shown flashes of what he could be...he just needs to get through his obvious nerves and get settled in and feel comfortable..I have real hopes for him...
Hmm, not sure. I think Maddison might still be the best 10 we have.
Grew into it? He was awful. yeh I guess he didn't play a misplaced pass after the first couple but that's because he wasn't getting involved at all.Actually thought he grew into it yesterday.

I still rate him based on what I've seen before and am of the belief that he will eventually come good but his passing has been alarming. Someone said it before, it's like he's closing his eyes when he passes.
