Agree with a poster above when they said he seems to have been trying too hard.

Between him and Gray. The goals shade it for Xavi

Tudor has to start him with Richy in that 4-4-2 on Sunday imo
I'd probably still give it to Gray but yeah, it was a very close call.

That's never been in doubt though, and he has been good in all the European games. We need to see it in the Premier League. I guess he will play against Forest, let's see if he turns up.His reaction to his first goal shows that he cares.
Love him grabbing the ball after his pen too.
Felt like he had a point to prove after getting dropped in the league for a few games. V.decent performance.
Wonder what Tudor does now? Does he reward him with a start or keep him as an impact sub? Suspect he'll find it tougher against a big, physical Forest side - Brentford aside his best games have all been in Europe - but he does provide us with something no-one else can.
Tricky call.
But the thing is, 3 or 4 times we've bigged up Xavi after a strong European game only for him to completely stink it up against a tough, physical PL team in the next game. Not tricky at all IMO
Xavi starts up front with Richy or Solanke but it’s probably got to be Richy

Can totally see that being the case if he starts vs a tough Forest team and everyone's like "we should've gone with Solanke like vs Liverpool". Hopefully not but wouldn't remotely surprise me.
Hard to drop him after such a great performance, though.
Yep close call, but I agree still Archie as he was soooooo fundamental to setting the tempo for the game and reminded me of how Modric used to run the show back in the day.I'd probably still give it to Gray but yeah, it was a very close call.
