Thought it would be interesting to compare how big people think the re-build is. Here is my list, it makes for sorry reading.

Get shot doesn't mean literally shoot.....for most of them at least, just means release/sell/meltdown and turn into glue/knackers yard etc. It also doesn't assume that we can't offload or keep which may well be the case.

This thread isn't meant to cunt off anyone's opinions either, just interested to see what everyone thinks.

Haven't included young lads like Whiteman, Clarke, Scarlett as we simply haven't seen enough of them

So for me that's 11 keepers (some on thin fucking ice) vs. 16 get shot....that's fucking alarming. And no realistic way we could get shot off all that in 2-3 windows.
 
Let's make an assumption Kane is leaving, in that case...

Keep: Lo Celso, Reggie, Bergwijn (sounds silly but I think he has potential), Rondon, Skipp, Hojbjerg

Good but sell if a good offer (i.e. peak value we'd never be offered again) comes in: Son, Hugo, Ndombele maybe, Alderweireld.

I literally couldn't care less if any assortment of the rest were sold.
 
Question marks over every single player and i'd listen to offers on anyone. The players i definately want rid of Gazzaniga, Carter-Vickers, Aurier, Doherty, Sanchez,Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Lamela, Moura. I also wouldn't renew on Vinicius and Bale. We need to sell as many of that lot as possible or nothing will change.
 
Keep it short, the get shot list

Aurier, Sanchez, Winks, Sissoko, Dele, Lamela........not renew Vicinius and Bale. Kane is goin anyway
 
Asuuming Kane is leaving, I'd keep:

Lloris, Rodon, Tanganga, Toby, Regi, Ndombele, Lo Celso, PEH, Lucas, Bergwijn, Son

The rest I'd bin
 
All we can do now is hope to build around a few of the younger players:

Keep: Lo Celso, Reguilon, Sess, Skipp, Rodon, PEH,

Outside of this group (and obviously Kane if he stays) we should entertain offers for everyone else.

Sad state of affairs.

I'm putting my fingers in my ears and going lalalalala on that assumption until I see him in a Utd/City/Madrid shirt.

I've only got 3 definite differences with your list. I'd sell Dele but keep Ndombele and Lloris. Otherwise, I'd say you're spot on.

All the others: sell if we can find a better replacement. It's unrealistic that we will for all of them, so whether we like it or not, some of them will still be in our squad

I don't think we will sell 8 - 10 players
If Aurier and Kane leaving i think 2 or 3 max. 4 others are realistic
Dier Sissoko Winks and Doherty
Skipp coming back
So you have ca. 200 millions for 4-5 new players
 
Kane and Aurier are as good as gone. No chance we'll see Vini again.

The only players I actively want gone and I'd accept any offer (no matter how low) are Dier, Sanchez and Winks. Get anything we can and get them off the wage bill.

Nobody else has shown they're indispensable, even Sonny goes missing weeks at a time. If someone offers really silly money for him let him go, same for the rest. Take each offer on its merit.
