Yes and no. Dembele often held onto ball lots, but using that ability he could attract 3-4 players, and the likes of Eriksen/Dele would be free to do their thing.
Bissouma isn’t a physical freak like prime Dembele was, so he has no choice but to move it faster.
True - but there were also many times where Dembele would carry the ball through a press only to panic and pass it sideways or back.
Spectacular to watch aesthetically though. High praise from fellow pros establishes that.
Bissouma has a much higher ceiling however as an overall footballer. I just hope he can reach that and with us.

bissouma would fit right into an elite football team, he wouldnt need his midfield partners to fit a certain profile, they just need to be good enough to get in the team too. dembele would need passers with him, or someone that can set tempo so it doesnt become a frantic mess.
this is a big player the club need to be building off. im glad hes looking like he wants to be a big part of the team/club now. hes got a point to prove after that absolute cunt from last year.
big ange has lovely midfield problems if he can come back fit and healthy. city have weakened massively and it looks like KDB might be on a bit of a decline maybe. we could have the strongest midfield in the league. biss/madders/bentancur/sarr...you can get a tasty 3 with that with solid 4th man waiting in the wings.
ange could massively improve bentancur, he did linger on the ball a bit too much sometimes and ange hates that, so he could actually improve him into an absolute beast of a CM.
