As someone who supports several foreign teams (outside of football) I can't have an issue with foreign fans liking Prem teams, however I would appreciate if they understood the ridiculous nature of a person in a Manchester United shirt cheering a Manchester City title.
Plenty of united fans in our office would cheer a city league win if it stops liverpool.

He could have been a great striker but he's always been happy playing the game in 2nd gear. Such a shame he couldn't put all the bullshit to one side for just ten years of his life. Who knows what he could have become instead of the journeyman he became. A great example of how not to have a footballing career

I've been torn about this one. I'm not quite sure this belongs in this thread. Beckham's impact on LA was huge in many ways. I do feel this is a bit of a touristy move, but what he did for the club deserves major recognition. In the form of a statue? It's debatable.
