He is good. Strong and fast. He’s tall so you can pump the ball to him. Left footed. Very good finisher inside the box. Doesn’t do fancy shit. He’s a number 9. But can play with Kane in a two man system. That’s how he played In the red team. He’s the best striker that was associated to us.

probably just putting 2+2 together and getting 5, but I’d guess that the plan was to line up someone like King (or specifically King) as an attainable option that we could trigger last minute of all else failed, but in the meantime with away at this deal as long as possible as getting this guy 4 league games in would be preferable to getting King before the season began. As I say, I could well be taking poppycock but given how expensive this guy would’ve been had Benfica not been in the muck, it makes sense to me.
