Well there's a lot of one goals to be had across 38 matches. Dropping points is bad, but there is going to be one goals that go in our favor as well.I mean yes it absolutely does?
The title, top four can both be won and lost not only by one loss, draw or win but one GOAL.
That doesn't mean we have to melt down since we're still doing very very well, but every point matters.
Problem is after being level on points with Liverpool at the start of the day, by Wednesday evening we could be 5 points behind them if we lose up there. That's a big swing in 3 days in a title raceOne result doesn't really impact our title or top 4 chances one way or another.
I think the bigger issue is that no one is surprised that the match went like it did today against a side like Palace. That's a much larger concern than two points dropped.
Whose multi is he anyway?
What about Villa away?Fucksake. If you’re winning the league then you’re beating Palace away. Simple as
Beat me to it!
And we could also be 4 points clear come Wednesday :mourbringit:Problem is after being level on points with Liverpool at the start of the day, by Wednesday evening we could be 5 points behind them if we lose up there. That's a big swing in 3 days in a title race
As if it wasn't already it's a massive massive game now

This has always been an issue for him, and we did not do enough to account for it. I remember bringing this up a few weeks ago, and getting abuse from practically everyone on this site.

We failed to capitalize and score a second to secure the match, We bottled the match not our hope for the league title just to clarifyShame on you for resurrecting that tired old cliché!
When we're 25 points ahead with 10 games to go, and still lose the league, then maybe... but dropping 2 points away from home, mid-season, is NOT bottling.
I swear to God, if I hear that fucking lazy phrase one more time....
But well done 'Tactical Genius' for popping up with that nugget of inspired info!
Yep. If you want the forward line to consistently do something, you have to do more than just punt inaccurate long balls in their general direction and hope something sticks.I think that is a little unfair. The problems came from our transition in the middle of the pitch. Passes were slow and not on target, we lost a number of 50-50’s, and turned over possession far too easily under pressure. Son was particularly absent the second half, but he can’t do much when there is no service.
Chelsea drew with West Brom and Liverpool lost to Villa so we’ve won the league apparentlyBut not at home, eh? I'm pretty sure Man City won the league in the same season they lost AT HOME to Palace!!

But I honestly think Mourinho will be telling the players something very similar. We cannot throw away a lead if we want to win the league. It will be that close.
The league is that tight. Whoever can see out these type of games will probably win it.
Our passing was awful second half. Invited pressure with no real threat from us. He will know where we need to improve. Giving up leads has to end.
And if we beat Liverpool then we have 4 points from matches at Palace and Anfield.
Totally. It’s ok for Fulham to be all over Liverpool and Liverpool to fluke a late win with a VAR penalty.
For TFC THATS how real champions do it
