- Much better in the second half. Proud of the reaction in the team.

I might be on my own, but that 2nd half performance shows that we can play exciting football. Go toe to toe with a team with some decent players.

Play like that against WBA and we’ll run over them. Just the increased energy and our (slightly) higher skill levels should see us through. City, as ever in recent years, is a free hit. It’s the West Ham game believe it or not that I believe will show whether José and to a lesser extent in my view, the players have learnt anything from this game.
If the performance against the East London Eel Munchers resembles anything like the first 45 from today then I’ll be firmly in the José out camp. They have improved no doubt. But we need to be at them and beating them.

Give the team to Ledley for the rest of the season, he might be unproven but I can imagine the players would like him and that might be enough to get a tune out of them for the rest of the season so we don't end up being fucking embarrassed.
