For totally personal reasons, I hate Aston Villa, but consolation in losing to them on Sunday will surely force Levy's hand in sacking Mourinho. I'm actually now looking forward to the game. Luckily the result won't make any difference to our season achievement and although I hate seeing us lose, especially to the Villa, there will most likely be an upside, with Levy getting rid of this tactless piece of crap.
Just a few thoughts. Last nights disgrace has tipped the balance for me, he has to be gone.
A manager/head coach's job is to organise and motivate the squad. It's clear that either he can't do that or the players are flagrantly ignoring him (if they're ignoring him then he has to find a way to get his message across).
That being said it's also clear that a lot of this team are not good enough either talent wise or mentally to compete at the top level. There has to be massive change in the squad but that will take 3 windows minimum. Kane, Son and PEH are the only ones I'd fight to keep. Ndombele, Lo Celso are 50/50 depending on the price we'd get. Everyone else can and should be gone. But with an overhaul that massive this will take time, which is don sooner rather than later. Money, I know COVID has fucked things a bit but we are one of the most profitable clubs in the world. Finally patience, something severely lacking in football today (that's players, owners, pundits, coaches and fans).
If Jose is out ASAP then it'll be hard to get a long term replacement as this stage of the season, so do we did it out until the end of the season or get a caretaker in to hold down the fort until the summer? Either way this will take a few seasons to sort out and I don't see it being a fun ride. Can't wait for everything to be open again I need the distraction from this season now.

Poch and Trippier said as much . Poch wanted a massive overhaul , didn’t get it. Smartest man in the room Levy knows best. He needs to go along with the dinosaur. Sadly I don’t see Levy going because people who think they are smarter than everyone else, when they are not, are to conceited to see it.
He should be fired for overcooking the naming rights alone, on top of one trophy in 20 years. Paying Jose 15 million a year means he shouldn’t be allowed to come back for a visit.

what the hell happened with those naming rights. Sounded like we had offers but where waiting for the right one or whatever the phrase was used. Looks like we have pissed loads of money up the wall not getting a half decent offer rather than no offer.

Kind of feels like a building job where the guy tells you we need £100k to get it done, you act like he is just upping the price and is wrong. Then another guy (Jose) says I can get it done for £20k, you go with the cheap option then the house falls down and you now have to spend £200k.
