He won’t be able to make himself richer. He will have more power this is a win because clubs like Chelsea and City want to do away with FFP which needs to be reformed so it takes transfer debt into account not got rid of. The fact is as much as we all hate Levy he is well respected for the way he runs the club and balances the books by the rest of the league.

Personally I am hoping that the increase in power on the European Stage makes Levy give up some of the control that he has at Spurs. Levy becoming the representative also explains why he hired Paratici because it will give him the extra time to try build his power base on the ECA board which could be a good thing for Spurs.
