We've got a large squad, so turning the question around, its who we sell from this list - and upgrade on where practical, and if we only bring say 3 good players but lose 5 players that's fine :
Doherty (if nobody good enough, Tanganga is fine until summer)
Sanchez (again, if nobody good enough, Tanganga is fine until summer)
Ndombele ) Ideally 2 creative CM's in
Lo Celso ) but one will do until summer if players not available
Dele
And we also want a striker in.

We repeat the process in the summer to bring in maybe 4-6 players in

Levy needs to back Conte when it comes to selling, as well as buying. No more holding out for unrealstic fees. Cut our losses, just get them out. Players like Dele and Doherty are a cancer to the club now, just get rid of them. We showed how with Aurier, if necessary just buy them out and fuck them off. Levy has to eat this as a cost of the clubs shit recruitment the past few years, as well as his own stubbornness when it comes to moving players on.
Most of our problem is from bad buying 2015 - 19 and not bringing youngsters through from the academy - that's from our 'football supremos' not Levy who probably had his arm behind back when being forced to pay £60m for Ndombele, $40m for Lo Celso and £40m for Sanchez each time probably being told 'these are good footballers that's why they are expensive'
But Levy's astute enough to realise that the squad isn't good enough and needs major upgrading - and as the alternative of not spending is revenues being slashed , he'll authorise pending
It's time for a completely new strategy. Too many windows have gone by with just trying to improve the squad. From now on its imperative we improve the first 11. We have to squeeze the shit out of this squad. Don't replace Dele, Doherty, Sessegnon, Sanchez, Gollini with more dogshit. Replace Moura, Hojberg, Dier and have them as reserves etc.
We need at least 3 to come straight into the starting 11 in January.
The most worrying thing is that we do not even have a core to build a team around? Realistically other than Hugo, Romero, Skipp and Son the rest of them can fuck off.
Not getting this love in for Skipp at all. He was crap tonight. We go way overboard with our own. O Hara, Mason, Winks, Skipp. Put it this way. How many other sides in the top half of the prem would he start for?

Absolutely. Don't tell me the club aren't making money. I was there at the weekend for the first time this season and that is a serious money making exercise. Anywhere you stand you can literally see pounds getting pumped into the club. It's got to start being invested into the team, simple as that.

I have to be honest I am not seeing it currently, my brother raves about him and I really want him to come good as he is one of our own but I think everyone is getting to the point where we need some instant reply to this shit we've all been watching for the last few years. Everyone's patience is running out or has run out.

Such a mess. I dont think there is an area of the pitch we dont need to improve. Lloris is still excellent but will leave in 6 months, you could easily make a case for 10 or 11 new players. Then you have to factor in home grown if we bin the likes of Winks and Alli. The whole squad needs gutting.
