He's been for sale for probably a year - reason why he's not favoured at Bayern is his injuries, which are numerous

El Nacional is allegedly not a reliable source. But they have Coutinho to Spurs on a free, but Barca want 17m.

Tho sportsmole talk of Griezman to Spurs.

Who said ‘happy’ new year?

And Daily Star- Franck Kessie, who is out of contract at the end of the season, to Spurs.

Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo via Sport Witness (h/t The Express), Tottenham Hotspur are ready to “push hard” to sign the Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele

Believe whichever one you like, I guess.

According to sport.es Coutinho may go to Flamengo and Dembele to Newcastle.

Avalados por el dinero de sus nuevos dueños saudíes, el Newcastle habría puesto encima de la mesa de Dembélé 20 millones netos anuales, a los que se sumarían otros 20 de prima de traspaso y otros 12 de comisión para su representante.

(Roughly translated: Newcastle will offer him €20m per year, plus €20m signing fee, plus €12m for his "representatives". He been rather poor and injury-prone at Barca.

Jesus, he's out the last two games with "Unknown Injury" :contefacepalm:

It would be a major gamble. Though potentially a much bigger value than any all-cash deal we'd receive for Ndombele.

Dembele is exactly the kind of player Newcastle should be avoiding. Coutinho would be a smarter play for them.

I doubt we'll get involved, Coutinho's best position isn't in Conte's preferred formation.

I am not saying Schlottenbeck all is set for Bayern but the problem for Bayern is that their best CB, Niklas Süle, has so far refused to renew his contract which ends in summer 2022, Dayot Upamecano hasn't played so well in his first season. Bayern do have a good LCB in Lucas Hernandez, but Bayer have a knack for wanting top German talent. His contract ends in 2023.
Ben Brereton for sure could be a good Kane understudy. I am wondering if Luka Jović also could do a job as Kane's understudy. 2 seasons ago he was the big deal when he went to Real M. for €60m.

Interestingly, here is a Spurs fan explaining why Spurs should sign him:

James Allcott isn't a Spurs fan, he supports QPR, if you were a slug you would know

There is not chance we are going to sign part time has been footballers who have no affiliation with our club. Coutinho, Dembele, Greizman. And we aren't signing Galaticos (Mbappe).

Anyone that comes needs to give 100% and work their bollocks off.

Clearly we can't bring in somebody to play in the 'number 10' position until we have outgoings. Right now, we have Moura, All, Lo Celso, Ndombele all competing for the same position.

Luis Suarez? Dybala? Origi? - all out of contract in the summer, but none solve our issue of having no 'creators' in the squad.
