Levy/Paratici aren't about to forsake £30m in wages and at least £20-30m transfer fee just because of his attitude, so he can be paid off and free to sign for any team that he likes, not only is that incompetency it sends out the wrong message to any player currently or potentially want play for the club that they can come here and do fuck all just to be paid off half way through thier contract, fuck that.

Best we can hope for is find a club for him to go on loan, pay the majority of his wages and hope he comes good or turns his form around so we can sell him for a semi decent fee in the Summer.

But its also sending a message you can do absolutely nothing be shit and still pick up your wages.
If you terminate its a short term hit but the player then is going to have to find a club to match what he was on and put up with his shit. Good chance that wont happen noone will touch him he loses long term
 
I don't think anybody is going to want him with his lack of effort and bad attitude. Adebayor mk2 no good having ability if you can't be fucked to use it. Waste of money.

Well you'd rather that than throw away £50m mate.

At some point the penny has to drop with him, not for his Tottenham career but his football career, it's not a good look for him either way.
 
He has obviously wanted to leave from about ten seconds after signing but he has to put in the basic effort at least. Zero sympathy for him, he is the worst judged signing in our history.

One piece of good news is that (probably unlike Dele) he desperately wants out of the club and will probably accept just about any move.
 
We're the idiots who tied ourselves to him with a huge contract. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes the Bale-in-Madrid angle and happily stays on the golf course (or whatever the hell he does in his free time) and collects a massive paycheck.

I hope I'm wrong, and he's hungry enough to play that he'll take a wage cut to go elsewhere. But the only thing he seems hungry for is the buffet line.

That just serves to reward the fraud....... Make him train alone with the kids for 6-12 months (strictly running drills; extended sessions) until he begs for a release.
