I guess his unbelievable work at Porto and Inter didn’t happen, thenHe had a cheat code and did a good job there - until he was sacked, twice
Getting us to a cup final is failure? Not at Spurs, he ain't. He was an absolute failure. That's all that's important, I couldn't give two fucks what he did at Chavs, it's not remotely relevant.
I guess I’m one of the few that actually liked him while he was here. He got us to the final too, and beat the chavs in itThe weirdos that follow him around from club to club I find bizarre. They infiltrated here. It was strange.
That was years decades ago. He was a good manager years ago.I guess his unbelievable work at Porto and Inter didn’t happen, then
Agree. The fact he's being lauded for getting Roma to 5th shows how far he has fallen. Would the Mourinho of 15 years ago have settled for that? They finished 7th last season and 5th the season before under Fonseca. The magic has long gone and its just diminishing returns. That was years decades ago. He was a good manager years ago.
He’s finished now, football from a bygone era like Howard Wilkinson and Kenny Dalglish, plus he’s a horrendous human being when it comes to football
It’s the sterile tactics and complete lack of entertainment too, beyond just bang average results. He would have taken absolute pelters if crowds were in at Spurs for certain performances l, in some ways it saddens me we didn’t see it!Agree. Yep, the football was brutal. The fitness of the players was a disgrace as well. Even a total pro like Kane looked out of shape. He had great stats because he's quality, the lesser players unfit looked like they'd crawled out of the boozer at 2am.It’s the sterile tactics and complete lack of entertainment too, beyond just bang average results. by winning two matches against Championship clubs........I wouldn't categorise this as a success by any measure at all.Getting us to a cup final is failure?
Did we progress against Chelsea? Yes we did.by winning two matches against Championship clubs........I wouldn't categorise this as a success by any measure at all.
(Before you say we won vs Chavs, we drew the match and won the penalty shootout and therefore knocked them out: Law 10.2 in the 2020-21 Laws of the Game:
Law 10 makes it clear that a match is drawn, won or lost according to the number of goals both teams score ‘normal’ time or in ‘normal’ time + extra time.
Away goals’ and ‘kicks from the penalty mark’ (KFPM) are not part of the match itself and only are used to determine a ‘winning team’ where one is required. For KFPM, this is made clear in the next section of Law 10.
That section, Law 10.3:
We got to the final by winning two matches against Championship teams and winning a penalty shootout. I honestly don't think that constitutes success in any measure.Did we progress against Chelsea? Yes we did.
Did we get to a final? Yes we did.
Are you just anti Jose? Yes you are.

I am 100% anti-Jose got good reason to be too. He was completely shit at Spurs
A total pro that flew off to the US to watch some golf?Yep, the football was brutal. The fitness of the players was a disgrace as well. Even a total pro like Kane looked out of shape. I was. As I knew he was done as a manager. I was proved 100% right, he was shit. You were anti Jose before he even signed.
If he had time off i'm not sure i see the issue. He looks fitter now then he has done for 2 or 3 years imo.A total pro that flew off to the US to watch some golf?
Yeah, his performance at the weekend was top notch....If he had time off i'm not sure i see the issue. He looks fitter now then he has done for 2 or 3 years imo.
