He seems to have a good knowledge of club's history and players so he doesn't appear to me at least to be a troll. What's this obession that foreigner can't be a real fan? What does it matter that someone can't attend a Spurs game got to do with being a fan or not. Depending where they live it may not even be feasible financially/time wise. They may still buy merchandises or simply following the club would be enough in my view.

The object of a troll is to wind people up, if he admitted to trolling to wind people up, then that would also be trolling.

He posts deliberately to provoke. He was more interested in deliberately pissing off Spurs fans than he was supporting the team.

The discussion is more civil because of that, but it also feels a bit dead. Not many new faces.

How has he "got me"? He used the same comment before weeks ago, and I hardly tried to hide anything. If I say "Oh, I'm Tottenham fan of 25 years" then people won't care less as they automatically think you're just hugely biased.

He's admitted (on more than one occasion) to trolling. He finds a line of argument he knows winds people up and then repeats it over and over in every thread he can to hook someone. You don't need to be abusive or use personal insults to very clearly deliberately be aiming to wind people up. Nearly all his posts had an alterior motive (praise Kulu to get dig in on English alternative, praise Son to get dig in on Kane) and it's extremely dull.

Pretty sure Airfixx saved a screenshot of him admitting to trolling people. He deserves to be in the bin, maybe not perma banned or whatever but if he can't just post his opinions without trying to wind others up then people are gonna get sick of him.

When the forum first started the average age was very young. Mostly kids that listened to the podcast. When I first came here 10 years ago I was probably 20-25 years older than most other posters. Gradually the average age had increased from 25-30 to 45 at least.

He isn't even a Son fan. Back in January he wanted Son sold because he 'wasn't a Conte player' blah blah blah. The only reason he suddenly pretended to be Son's #1 fan was so he could use it as a weapon against Kane, which was the motivation for all his posts before he expanded the agenda to any player who is English.

That appears to be true as well. I clearly remember his many posts how Son should be sold/too inconsistent/would rather have player X from rival teams/doesn't fit into Conte's system etc. That did annoy me quite a bit but I just moved on to other posts. TBF, most people can be fickle/what did you do for me lately kinda thinking.

Are you actually under the impression that the age of a poster affects the validity or relevance of the post - or for that matter, it's quality?

Yeah I wouldn't say this board lacks controversial opinions. Sometimes people get a bit heavy handed with the disagrees/abuse when you suggest an unpopular opinion about a player but nothing major. I mean KaneDomBadBoy has been given an almost incredible amount of leeway despite very clearly posting for attention a lot.

I think the average age might not be that uncommon on a forum like this?
