You think he's capable of coping defensively here?
In most big games I’ve seen Sporting play he’s been solid defensively, I’m not concerned.
In the league against the smaller teams he’s instructed to play super attacking to the point where he’s almost like a third winger. It also helps that he has had Palhinha and now Ugarte covering behind him, who are both superb at cleaning up. I think this is why his defensive stats dont look incredible

And another promising RB/RWB slipping away...

Woolwich have moved ahead of Newcastle in the race to sign right-back Ivan Fresneda from Real Valladolid.
Newcastle held talks with the teenage defender earlier this week, but a move to the Emirates Stadium now appears more likely.
Fresneda‘s agents are due to conduct further talks in London next week ahead of a potential £8.8m move.

Ambition to make sure they win the title, if we were in the same position Levy's stance would be that we obviously don't need signings because we're 5 points clear at the top of the table

At the end of the summer window they were reported to be at breaking point re: FFP; and yet.....

Muddy Rick - 80m penciled in, but gazumped at last min.
Trossard - Done deal.
Polish CB - Allegedly on the brink of signing.
Now being linked with RBs too.

Also...

Chavs taking the royal piss
City bent as fuck too,
Everton given a cheeky extra couple of months to get their house in order and sell Richarlison before end of last season.

Meanwhile...

Sheff United just got hit with trf ban over an outstanding player installment.
Derby relegated
Bolton in the bin
+ Others

Fuck this shit.

What are you rambling on about?

I have no affiliation to anyone but I am balanced. When I call it wrong I will say so.

I thought our summer's work was good and was more than content, only thinking we needed to get a player in if Conte was not going to use Gil.

What I did not expect and neither am I as smart as you and the merry band of spenders who could have foreseen how poor the following have been:

Conte

Son

Bissouma

Richarlison

Add to these 4, injuries to Kulusevski and Bentancur and I think you can see that in theory our squad is good enough but you cannot (unless we are as able to foresee as you) sone sound reasons for our relative paucity.

But on 15 million pounds a year you expect a manager to do a damn sight better, regardless of his merry band of apologists.
Hi Daniel.

Guess that may be the end of Gusto to Spurs rumors.
Anyway, Malo Gusto means "bad taste" in Spanish, just telling

Kid would be absolutely mad, move would make him rich, but kill his career. He's not getting games whenever Reece-James is fit.

And honestly, I don't dislike him, I think he's got good energy about him, but I'm really not sure he's good enough or ready enough for "Chelsea" level yet. I won't be pissing myself if Chelsea spunk serious dough on him.
