As for Lennon and Naughton, you cant make 4 subs, and I wouldnt make all 3 right now. My point was, I would have started with our strongest 11, not build the team halfway through the game

Why move verto then to centre back? He's offering decent width out left which is crucial to this set up. I think vlad has looked good enough at cb anyway.
I'm not sure paulinho has offered much today. Would swap him for dembele who is much better and transitioning quickly from defence to attack which is what we're lacking today
