His managerial career has really fizzled out.
Shame as I liked Poch.
Just watched his intro presser - I forgot how much concentration it takes to understand him.
Would fear a second spell that couldn't live up to his first, let alone better it, but similar sentiments. He will do well for the USA and wish him well. One of my favourite all time managers alongside burkinshaw and venables. Was hung out to dry by levy. One day I hope he returns.

From his point of view - he should have wait couple more weeks with taking the job. Couple more stinkers and maybe some desperate Bald guy from North London would bend the knee and call Poch
Wrote it from his point of view. After his Chavs episode, don't want him either.
Yeah because it was incredibly easy to see that Ndombele will prove to be a shit transfer, crazy how Pochettino didn’t see it…He chose Ndombele.
He was not an innocent bystander in his own demise.
This doesn't make any sense, its the job of the people in charge of recruitment to identify players who will be successful for the club. It's their job to separate the wheat from the chaff. If they're lauded for finding a Vertonghen or Dembele, they deserve the stick for wasting money on a Ndombele or a Soldado.Yeah because it was incredibly easy to see that Ndombele will prove to be a shit transfer, crazy how Pochettino didn’t see it…
When did that happen then?

Yes it does make sense, because sometimes you can have all the positive data about a player and it can still go wrong. This doesn't make any sense, its the job of the people in charge of recruitment to identify players who will be successful for the club.
So Poch-God wastes a club record fee on probably the worst player we ever signed and it's ok because "the data said he wasn't lazy anymore".Yes it does make sense, because sometimes you can have all the positive data about a player and it can still go wrong.
What we knew about Ndombele was that he was lazy early in his career, but his Lyon form was solid proof that maybe he was just an immature kid back then and now he’s grown into a professional.
Also some players can be guided on the right track by certain "father" figures if you like, from within the club (like the manager, Pochettino had a reputation for it), even if the data about a player is not all great. And some clubs may still risk it for the potential growth of a player.
You don’t know what people within the club discussed about Ndombele before we bought him, so now that it’s been 5 years since he was bought and he turned out to be shit, you can pretend all you like and put the blame on whoever you want.

But Levy+Co. sign Johnson, who has already contributed vastly more than Ndombele ever did, for less money and less wages, and it's proof that they don't know shit and sign crap players?
Some of you have a deity complex with Poch.
American hyperbole....According to the USA sporting director Mark Crocker ...

Where's the disagree button gone?I still think it a mistake not to get him back in last summer. I mean, really, would we be in any worse position now? I doubt it. But it was the perfect chance to bring him back and we didnt so I doubt it will happen under these owners, so probably never.
