I don't know about the worst - there are so many to choose from, but my FAVOURITE, by a country mile, is Clinton Morrison. I actually ENJOY listening to him.

Andy Legg. His never-ending "It's a war of nutrition" comments during matches, are truly embarrassing. And the commentators never put him right.
