Match Chelsea fuckwits (H) - 1st November, 530KO

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I hate us losing, and yes, losing so many games last season was tough, but at least we had a go at teams in those games.

The game on the weekend was the worst performance I've seen of any premier team ever. Worse than any game last year.

Some of the players clearly have no respect for the manager or eachother, and we already know where this is going to end,

If all that is true, the question is How? How can things get that bad that fast?

Agree...
And it also beggars the question, WHO DO the players want.. Ange? They lost a record number of games under him, so certainly weren't putting a shift in to save him THERE...

or, as I suspect, they don't really want anyone unless he's famous enough and already a global superstar...

Perhaps, PERHAPS we should just let the players get on and manage themselves!!

Cos clearly no manager or coach is up to their exacting expectations!

OR.... ORRRR, there is no problem and we're all looking for a drama that doesn't exist.

Frank is a notoriously slow starter, we all KNEW that.... So why the surprise.

Iraola would be a bumbling Spanish Waiter at Spurs by now...
We'd have reduced Glasner to a Farmers' League laughing stock...

It's not THEM....
IT'S US!!! It's ALWAYS BEEN US!

Some of the players are probably still pissed about what happened with Ange. Some probably don't like the style of play under Frank. Some just straight up don't like eachother because they think they're better and should be first choice.

I don't know, but the evidence is there in front of us. No team can be that bad unless players are downing tools, for whatever reason.

The lad will join the squad then, pick up and injury that, no medical team on earth can resolve.
He will then retire before he is 20.
You forgot the bit where he gets too big for his boots, moves the entire Irish mafia over her to 'run Nort Lowndon' and ends up being the head guy, recruiting Troy Parrott and Vinny Samways' to work under him...

Or he moves onto to Norwich for a cut price next Summer after just not being able to handle the fast paceD brutality of the pl

I don’t think I’ve seen a Tottenham team as boring in my 44 years of supporting us. Even when we’re utterly shit in the 90s we always created chances and scored goals.

Yesterday was horrendous and it’s up there with Bournemouth and Villarreal. It’s a tough watch and I never ever think we are going to score when we go forward. Our league position is bonkers considering how bad we are.
I know it's hypothetical, and Auntie Bollocks Uncle stuff... but humour me for a moment;
IF our away form was our home form, and vice versa, we'd still be where we are, points-wise, but would the feeling be more positive due to the fact that's more the expected way of things?

1. Burnley (A) W 3-0
2. Man City (H) W 2-0
3. Bournemouth (A) L 0-1
4. West Ham (H) W 3-0
5. Brighton (H) D 2-2
6. Wolves (A) D 1-1
7. Leeds (H) W2-1
8. Villa (A) L 1-2
9. Everton (H) W 3-0
10. Chelsea (A) L 0-1

Played: 10, Points: 17 Position: 5th
So imagine we've 'played' City, West Ham, Brighton, Leeds and Everton at HOME; W4-D1-L0 (13pts)
and Burnley, Bournemouth, Wolves, Villa and Chelsea AWAY: W1-D-1-L3 (4 pts)

Literally swap our away games with our home ones, and it genuinely doesn't look as bad, and yet weirdly we're looking at EXACTLY the same number of points and league position... it's NUTS!

I'm gonna just squint at the H/A column and accept the League position for what it is at THIS stage; None too shabby!

Saturday was like a nightmare. I think this is up there with one of the worst ever Tottenham performances in my life time.

It was so toothless and cowardly. Our set up was cowardly and the players performed like cowards. It was a horrible horrible 90 mins and its really put me off this team. I'm really struggling to find anything positive to hang on to now.

...that we don't have to do it again until next season?

Two opinions. I have no idea which one to delete today so leaving them both in:

Let's batter them like a Glaswegian mars bar. 3-2. COYS!

I expect nothing from this game. The amount of times we've shat the bed against them beggars belief. 0-3.
We almost entirely gave up showing up against Chelsea home or away after that 1-3 win at the Bridge.
I can't figure it out, but Saturday's performance was no different to any Ange, Conte, Mourinho, Nono or Poch performance since then.

This gif absolutely describes how we play almost every minute of every match against them.
