They’re not sticking with him because they want to, it’s because they have to. With the power struggle at the top no one is willing to pay the money to sack him, plus hire another who will be gone in the summer anyway. It’s a mess and it’s not clearing up anytime soon.

There's a rumour going around (coming from among others George Barrister, who used to pilot the club plane among others) that Lewis wants to sell, but Levy wants to remain on. So there's a process going on in the boardroom of Levy trying to put together a group to buy Lewis out. At least in part.

The season can be revived. We remain in all the cups, and potentially bringing in a new manager can revitalise the squad for when the players return.
