John Thomas' definition of "factual": anything that agrees with my narrative.
Keep up the good work.

Ange?
What kind of name is that, only ever decent Ange was the one who run the
Queen Vic.
I know Scottish football is shit but surely they can do better than her
There’s triggers when to press. No team can do it for 90 mins. If they beat the press then by all means drop back in and get the shape. I think the trigger should always be when the ball is played to the FB or wing back maximum 30 yards from the opposition goal. If you win it there you have them out their shape and they can’t recover. We have done it a couple of times this season when PEH or Bentancur has actually won it and we score. We done city with it and scored through Kane but we never done it anywhere near enough because of the managers tactics or we weren’t brave enough to press high up.
He drives a Bentley SUV, so he's got both, without the Chrome that is.That is a fair criticism.
They never were the 'best available targets' however.
Levy also probably drives a lot of cars with more chrome and leather than horsepower or torque. He mostly seems incapable of judging managerial or athletic talent.
Big assumption to make these days, assuming George is a guy.I like you GG- I know you're a good guy. And I'm sorry if you've taken offense from anything I've said.
So in other words, you don't believe it either, thanks for confirming![]()
Ange should always be preceded by Flerovium?
Please don't take us down that rabbit hole...
Heard some criticism about how he’s not good at developing and won’t play academy players. Can you comment?FFS no Celtic fan wants him to leave.
The only reason any Celtic fan comes on here is to correct some of the ignorant assessments of Ange's ability.
He's more special than the special one and we all want him to stay.
That's fair- it bothers me though that we won't compete for top targets and always seem to be picking from the bargain bin.We do spend. This is not the 2000s and 2010s. The problem is we have spent very badly.
If we had never spent more than 10 million on a player, but everyone we landed turned out to be a gem, no one would be talking about our spending. But because we have whiffed so badly with our recent signings, people think we are not spending, even though we have spent 40/50/60 million on players.
Yeah but Covid / oil money / it’s difficult / notmeguvForget before we moved in.
Spurs issued a joint statement with Haringey Council formally committing to building a new stadium in Tottenham, ending the Olympic Stadium sideshow, on January 31, 2012.

Spurs commit to new stadium in Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur's plans to build a new stadium close to the site of their existing home of White Hart Lane moved a step closer on Tuesday, ending any doubts they would leave the area where they were formed 130 years ago.www.reuters.com
We also played at White Hart Lane that day, beating Wigan 3-1 to remain 3rd in the league. Here was the team
Adebayor
Bale Van der Vaart Kranjcar
Parker Modric
Assou-Ekotto Kaboul King Walker
Friedel
Our most recent home match at the gleaming spare-no-expense stadium was a 3-1 defeat to Brentford to slump to 8th. Here was the team
Kane
Son Kulusevski Danjuma
Bissouma Skipp
Davies Lenglet Sanchez Royal
Forster
11 1/2 years on, we've gone unmistakably backwards.
Fuck there goes me unintentionally commiting misgendering/terrorism again.
That's fair- it bothers me though that we won't compete for top targets and always seem to be picking from the bargain bin.
The misspending is definitely worse than the lack of money. When a can't miss target has come along though, we rarely ever assert ourselves in pursuit of it.
Agree. Buying Porro for Conte as things were falling apart is definitely a good example of this. Conte needed Porro at the start of the season.Misspending and spending with a plan that never lasts more than a year.
People say Conte was backed but he really wasn’t .
We picked up club signings that he didn’t want and didn’t use, then went too cheap on the big targets he wanted.
We never have the balls to go after really big targets and never pull them off.

They’re on loan with an obligation to buy
