Yeah from my point of view we have managed to lose at home regularly to West Ham over the last decade and Villa are not easy. Draw at palace would not have surprised me.
I couldn’t see us losing at home to Ipswich who have struggled all season.
Really tight league is as good as it is bad. Lose to city and draw with Fulham and we could be closer to West Ham in 14th than City in 2nd.
We really don’t want to get sucked towards the bottom 1/4 of the table.

I’ve mentioned this before. It’s because they have it too easy. They only have to do the bare minimum, have nice lives, get to go to a great training ground and stadium, which have done nothing but breed complacency. We’ve made it all too nice for them.
And then we’ll just go through all this again with the next bloke like we have done with the last three recent ones. I’m fucking bored of it, I can’t believe others aren’t too.

From the first second you could tell they wanted it more. Had we got an early goal that might have changed things but they wanted to win more than us.
That is spot on. I would say only Son and VDV probably get in any of the other top team sides. They are fucking average.
Combined with top facilities, the players only train (i.e., work) for a few hours a day so it's a pretty easy, cosseted life...however, ALL top clubs surely have brilliant facilities so face this problem too? Seems to me it's more about club culture and mentality.

I think you are right but why does it lead to defeats against Ipswich and Palace? Surely they should be the bread and butter matches we pick points up in.
Losing to Woolwich and Newcastle would be more of a case of 'having it too easy'.
Anyway, I don't disagree, I think we as a club just have a loser mentality which seeps onto the pitch.

I'm with you on the idea of getting bored of sacking managers, it's why I want this to work out. I wanted Conte to work out too but fans didn't want boring football. We have more attacking football now with flaws but I'm sure that won't be enough.
