Not if we sack him next week!
He doesn’t seem to trust the youth players to give them a run out either. Must be a great confidence boost for them!
Yeah trust the youth in a 'relegation battle' good one.

Lifts the crowd massively
I’m not sure they turn around fortunes but they will likely add some effort and energy, which lifts the crowd. Right back and CMOkay
What youth players are you thinking and why would they be able to come in and be able to lift the team? What makes you so sure that these players would come in and turn the clubs fortunes around?

Can it be worse than our current trajectory? Be brave

Cristian Romero has been ruled out of our Premier League trip to Manchester City on Saturday (5.30pm UK), confirmed Ange Postecoglou.
The defender sustained a recurrence to the foot injury that he picked up against Aston Villa earlier this month during Argentina's World Cup qualifier on Thursday last week and was substituted at half-time before returning home for the birth of his second child on Wednesday.
Romero wasn’t out with a hamstring injury before Chelsea, he fucked his foot slide tackling Morgan Rogers. From NYT article about our injuries:

He had both a toe and a hamstring injury and was trying to play through both.
Ange himself:
"One was obviously the knock on his toe which has been a bit troublesome and prior to that he had a bit of a tight hamstring," Postecoglou added.

Postecoglou reveals new Romero update as depleted Spurs face Man City test
Argentine has joined Micky van de Ven on the sidelines to create worrying defensive shortage against the championswww.standard.co.uk
No surprise he injured his quad if he's having to play through pain and can't move comfortably, easy to pick up other injuries when the body has to compensate by overusing other muscles.

Also, who in the Spurs medical team at the time cleared Romero to go on international duty if it was later such a risk due to his tight hamstring injury before?Interesting -I thought Romero was out with a foot injury??

I do think if Ange could have it back he’d have taken VDV off at 60mins like planned, even if it meant Gray at CB and more goals conceded,
But let’s not pretend this isn’t a failed member of the sports science team, giving a disgruntled interview after getting fired.
If we look at our injury record for years, all the way back to Jose, if he was in place then, he probably deserved to get fired.
If youre going to quote Ange.....
“No, Romero didn’t injure the same thing,” Postecoglou said. “It’s a totally different injury but also I’m sure people are aware of our situation. It’s not like I’ve got a multitude of options so you’ve got to make these decisions. Both players trained well and wanted to help. So you make these decisions with all the best information.”
