So it seems that we don't count the wins at the beginning of last season; all of our wins were against "only" sides, and those games we actually did win we should have lost because our opponents were unlucky not to have scored?

Why is everyone believing some random on twitter? Even if true, which i'd say it 99% isnt all that is just a rehash of the crap the club peddled in the last 4 months. For the first time after the cup defeats there wasnt the usual 'Ange has the backing of the board' leak to the likes of Gold. He's obviously here until we're out the Europa, probably until the end of the season unfortunately, but no Europe then he's toast.

Anyone thinking we're making up 9 or 10pts on anyone needs their bumps felt. We've been terrible for 13 months, we're 1 pt off 16th and have some tough fixtures. Good to see the goalposts of what constitutes a good season being moved again though. I swear by mid May some will be claiming 12th is a decent achievement.

Gotta love you guys talking about winning the Europa. You must have been watching a different team all season. No chance in hell of it happening with this lot.
I think posters such as „AussieSpurs“, „AngePostespur“, „NZAUSTasmaniaHotspur“, „AussieOzAustraliaSydneySpur“ or „Whittlesea Zebra diehard“ will be more optimistic.

Not a dig at fans from Australia/New Zealand at all. Just please accept that this farthead shouldnt be anywhere near a PL club.

Whether Ange is around for another 6 days or 6 years, nobody can deny what he has done for the club. I actually think he’s already been a success in a different way.

He’s come in and lost the best player in the clubs history. He’s inherited an ageing jaded squad and cleared out the deadwood. He’s developed Archie Gray and Bergvall who both look like they could be come elite players. He’s getting the best out of DJed Spence when no one else could. He’s changed the mentality on and off the pitch. He’s changed the football on the pitch. He keeps talking about winning trophies and whilst he may never win anything, at least he’s talking about it. Other managers just wanted to finish top 4.

The thing is, whoever comes next will just need to put the roof on and furnish the house after Ange demolished the junk, poured the concrete and laid the bricks…
Got to be some sort of joke right😀

Ange Postecoglou reacts to fielding youngest-ever Spurs team

On Wednesday in the clash against Manchester City, Postecoglou’s faith in his young players was on full display as he named the youngest starting XI of his managerial career since moving to north London.

The team also ranked as the second youngest in Tottenham’s Premier League history.

Speaking after being made aware of the record, the Spurs boss reflected on the positives, despite the team’s current struggles.

He said as relayed by the official Tottenham Hotspur website: “There are definitely positives, and I think, you know, I keep saying there is enormous growth that we are witnessing before our eyes, even though we are not getting the rewards for it right now,

“It is great for Wilson to get 60 minutes today, and he will benefit enormously from it. Archie and Lucas continue to grow every game, and look, we are disappointed, but like I said, in terms of performance, from my perspective anyway, there is stuff in there where we can say, ‘okay, we are going to take that forward and get to the level we want to’.”
How about stiff like not being so wide open? How about Johnson being a shite winger who Ange wanted for £50M?
