I couldn’t give a fuck what Ange says, he’s an egotistical bloke. If you believed what every manager said then we may as well re-hire Jose and be done with it. Ange just wants to save his own job.

Lots of clubs have Europe and do well. We’re not talking CL here.

Ange hasn’t earned shit. He’s massively underachieved here and only did well in a single cup competition because the draw was insanely kind to him. He then threw everything at it because he’s not competent enough to compete on numerous fronts or do well in competitions where you play high level teams.

Take the cup and run. We will continue to go backwards under him.

Earning your shot and being great for recruiting better players are pretty fucking important

And we aren’t getting relegated if he stays. Stop being a drama queen because you can’t really argue the point without saying the same thing about last years league form

Turning a mid table championship team with an average crowd of 10,000 into a midtable premier league team is no mean feat. Recognising that the football he played in the championship wouldn't work and adapting to the premier league and doing it well is a great sign. I guess we don't know exactly how he'd set us up at Spurs, because again he'd recognise that the quality of player available to him is better and he'd adapt again and none of this "it's just who we are mate" schtick which some people love but I think is just unearned arrogance.

I loved the trophy and it's something for the club to build on but I am getting fucking tired of 8 hour round journeys every other week to watch us get battered with no discernable sign of improvement or plan, and Frank is absolutely a step up on that and I'm certain.

The only.step up will be someone proven to consistently win in the most important games we have.

Frank does not have that pedigree and getting in any manager without that will be a step back.

He sets up his teams to compete and stay in the prem, not to win trophies.

I don’t think Inzaghi fits the age of our squad and I could see the likes of Bergvall and Odobert getting frozen out because Italian coaches almost never trust teenagers. I also don’t think success at Inter means success at Spurs just because we’ve spent more on transfer fees.
