Parawanki is a one trick, throw as much shit as you can and hopefully some will stick merchant.
Feels like a harsh conclusion after one window which, even while bedding in, every signing bar the goalie has at the very least shown more upside then down.
yes, his actions suggest that the rest is just talk. I've seen training shots of both Son and Dier doing very well on free kicks and both have scored in games.

Not sure he created more chances than all other players? What do you base that on?

Levy will do Paratici good with his steadfastness. After Marotta's departure, we saw Paratici (who has a flair for finding players) feeding Agnelli's megalomania. With Levy you will surely find a fair middle ground
Much like Redknapp and Levy bright eachother balance.

Only by default though.

Not sure one person here would want to see any of them starting games next season, no matter how well might be doing now
We've kept 5 clean sheets in 8 in the PL under Conte, conceding 4 goals.

I would not be sad to see Romero - Dier - Davies line up next season.

Yes bigger tests are to come but they have proven they suit this system.

I want another LCB to compete with Davies (and hopefully be an improvement) but I am in no way worried when I see Dier and Davies line up in a back 3. This is one of the biggest compliments I can give Conte tbh.

Despite his decent form of late I do want an upgrade on Sanchez (we already have him: Romero) as he is so gash in possession.

Well we are. And the results speak for themselves.

People like to pretend we have only beaten relegation fodder yet this is the same team that got pumped 3 nil by Palace a few weeks ago.

By almosy every metric we have improved massively.
We aren't, because Sammy said so.

Until he says we are. Then we will be. We always will have been.

The past was alterable. The past never had been altered. Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia.

LOLZ

He did similar to me after Mourinho’s honeymoon wore off. I was questioning myself like I was wrong all along.

When Poch was in charge we had a great squad that was underachieving, and then it was a squad lacking balance and becoming increasingly stale under Jose. All because he said so.

We are but they aren’t very good

The “wingbacks” are clearly being instructed not to go past the opposing fullbacks

It’s not that they are poor, but we are not risking losing the ball and getting destroyed on the counters with the team desperately chasing back all the time.
When was the last time you saw Reggie constantly bursting into the box?

It’s no coincidence that that has stopped happening.

Wingbacks that don’t play as wingers are just defenders. Us not conceding isn’t because Dier and Davies and Winks are suddenly brilliant, it’s simply because we have seven defensive players on the pitch.

Looking for something about the team, nope, only about me……oh well, not my fault you can’t debate

Reminds me of this kid when I was ten:

“That’s my ball”
“No it isn’t I just bought it”
“Well I’m better than you at maths”

They have improved and are doing very well and our world class coach is happy with them, but because some rando poster on TFC doesn't like them, they have to go. Great argument. You should have been a lawyer.

No they have to go because they aren’t very good, and can only function well in a defensive unit consisting of seven players which quite literally leaves us very little wiggle room for creativity and a flowing attack.

Don’t you find it odd that Son has double the amount of blocked shots than Reggie

The whole team is a defensively orientated set up

Now why do you think that’s the first area Conte has worked to fix, tactically? Maybe because as individuals they suck?

If you are satisfied then that’s nice for you, but I’ll be happier when the manager gets backed, and we can sign some defenders who don’t need babysitting and a DM who can play on his own next to a creative outlet

Exactly. Paratici has a great "flair": Barzagli, Pirlo, Vidal, Pogba, Dybala are intuitions of him at a time when they weren't top players. But he is lacking in negotiations: there he needs a "financial mind" that he knows how to negotiate.

At Juventus he made a mess when he had too many proxies.

OK, level with Lucas. Surprisingly low numbers for most of the players. What is a "big chance"?
Son has only created 4 big chances but has 5 assists. That includes the pass against villa, the penalty created against southampton, the assist to Sanchez?? Who knows. Seems like a very subjective stat.
