I like seeing Dele in more of a traditional midfield position, he needed a change in his role after completely stagnating last season. He still make those runs into the box, we saw it twice against Real, but he can offer more for the team if he can get on the ball in deeper positions and really get into the midfield battle.

When we originally signed him it was assumed he would become a Lampard type of midfielder, that’s still the best route for him IMO. As a support striker playing only in the final third his game has gone stale.
