In a very gentle way, Mourinho said in yesterday's press conference that he was not happy about his reaction to being subbed.
But the reason he’s dropped is probably more to do with why he was in fact subbed.

I just hope that we actually turn up for this one unlike the home game! If the players show some fight and passion we have enough quality to get a result, we just need to want it as much if not more than them! :tobyarm:
 
Fair play to Jose, he has an idea of how he wants this game to go and tactically Dele doesn't fit the mould of his system, therefore he starts on the bench.

If things play out as he sees them and Dele comes on later to good effect, then the man will have played a blinder.
