Agreed, and think filming inside the ground is banned; certainly any filming of the match; it's just not in any way practically enforceable.
Like most people, no problem with someone doing a short video for their first game or whatever but some twat filming everything wouldn't be tolerated.

It's a critique of cancellation culture, not about appraising racism. The way Claude got slaughtered, though highly increased by his and Robbies embarrassing denial, is somewhat unjustified. The casual comment 'DVD's going off' can potentially ruin his life, though the comment itself barely hurt anyone before someone on twitter (or here?) pointed it out.

Fact is if they came out after and said it was a mistake, a moment of passion and they apologized, then it would have all blown over. They are getting stick because they tried to pretend it never happened.

It really does come down to this though. Robbie has used his platform to combat racism and then someone on his platform uses a racial slur and he tries to slide it under the rug to protect the money he makes from it.
Nobody forced Claude or Robbie to get Claude off the channel. It's a choice Robbie made after sponsors started pulling their support so that he could keep making money off the channel.
If you were a sponsor would you want to be associated with a channel that slid someone saying a racist slur under the rug?
I get "cancel culture" is a hot topic in society today but these are not people being cancelled by anyone or anything except for their desire to continue to make money off a YouTube channel that humiliates their club.

I'm basically done commenting about this but even in this "apology" video he apologizes that his "timing" was wrong and that people took what he was saying the wrong way. He apologizes that people got offended for taking his comment the wrong was is what I took from it. Still dodging and not admitting what he did.
