Everton couldn’t pay £10m even if they wanted to, they’re skint.

Their new owners have loaned them a sum of money to keep them afloat.

Really hope they go down. They will go out of business imo

Scouse scum won’t be missed
I think you are probably right and the possibility of us going out of business is a serious possibility. We have a chairman who professes to be an Evertonian yet over a period of 30 years has destroyed the club.
I know you have issues with Levy but I would have Levy over Kenwright all day long.
As for scouse scum wont be missed I hope your club never has to fall as much as we have as supporters we can only go the game and hope things get better but I have never been so low as a supporter.
It is my 69th birthday next Saturday and I will be at the game as usual nearly 60 years since i first walked through the gates at Goodison.

Personally think it's sad seeing Everton in this situation. A proud club with a rich history.

I think the new stadium will bring better times.

It’s not sad at all. Move with the times or get found out. They have no Devine right to stay in the Prem.

As for Dele, I just hope he finds happiness and stability in life. If he comes back to Spurs, under no circumstances should it be in a playing capacity. We’ve moved on. As much as we love him we cannot be sentimental.

We've been through all of that after Scholar screwed us.

Feel your pain mate.

And the only Scouse I'd like to see disappear are Liverpool, detest that club with every fibre of my being.

I can see how that conversation will go

Everton: Do you think you can waive, or reduce the fee for Dele? We're going through financial trouble at the minute and we'd like to slowly assimilate Dele back into the squad following his public statements about mental health?

Mate, went to School and played Colts with Matt Jackson.

Went up to see him, when you played Woolwich just before our Semi final against you lot in ‘95. We were with a former Winger and another former player, so went straight after the game to the Managers office (Howard Kendall), he was already on the Champers 10minutes after final whistle.

The guy we were with hadn’t been back, since leaving 20+ years before, he missed a sitter in a FA Cup semi (Jimmy, forget his surname). Then went to an Evertonian side of a split pub after, where the locals were all chanting “We’ve got Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy Surname, on the wing, on the wing”, then once finished chanting supporters were all coming over to him “We loved you Jimmy, but will never forget that miss”.

Bless him, the miss had shattered his confidence, my Dad said, Howard Kendall called in their Youth Coach who brought him through, said he was better than George Best as a youth player.

Have a soft spot for the Toffee’s.

Edit : Think it was Jimmy Husband

I think the fella you are talking about is Jimmy Husband. The miss was in the 68 final which we lost to West Brom .
Jimmy was badly injured by Dave Mackay when Mackay was at Derby and was never the same player again. As you all know Mackay didnt take any prisoners.
I am sure Kendall would have been on the champers that day{95} but Joe Royle was the manager.
Glad to you hear you have soft spot for the blues , we are not the same people as the dark side we come from the same city but we have nothing else in common.
