To be fair, most call him the worst player to ever walk the earth and he’s slightly better than that.
I haven't got the measure of every RB in the league, but that's still some way off the excessive rhetoric that can be found here.

Lucas Moura
Spence himself has got less than 10 minutes of playing time.
You can think of him and his readyness what you will. But this is not good squad management nor respectable behavior towards your player.
If you know you'd rather use 5 different players (incl playing 3 of them out of their normal position) ahead of him, then why not send him out on loan?

Perhaps he goes out on loan in Jan, but it's a bit harsh condemning Conte for not sending him out on loan sooner (rather than giving him a chance to work/impress!) given he'd only been with the squad a short while after purchase.
If he stays in Jan and STILL doesn't play then yeh, you could fairly accuse that of being poor squad management/development.

He might as well go out on loan. I think Conte is shit scared to play him now in case he turns in a brilliant performance. Yes yes Airbag, I know another lazy conspiracy theory. But let's face it, if he plays him now and he performs at the same level as Royal we will all be saying Conte was right!
