Bellingham has not played well for England so far at this tournament.
Both the goals England have scored, against Serbia and Denmark, involved huge slices of luck.
Watch the Bellingham goal, in the opening game. and you will see that Walker takes a terrible touch, when he receives the ball. This poor touch actually assists Walker in spotting the opening for the pass, between the Serb's centre back and left back. This is the first slice of luck. Walker then picks out a very good pass but Saka's cross takes a huge deflection off the bottom of the Serb defender's boot who was attempting to make a block. The ball then deflects off the ground, up and over Kane, who was probably the target of the cross, and Bellingham gets the chance to score.
Bellingham was brave and in the right place at the right time but this was not a well crafted goal.
It was lucky.
The same can be said for Kane's goal against Denmark.
Kane was in the right place at the right time to tap in a deflected ball.
Had England created lots of other gilt edged chances I would say nothing. I would accept the luck.
England are a shambles. No left footed left back and no plan other than to not concede.
