Better than Hudson-Odoi. I don't want to dig the kid too much, his ok going forward in that he will look to take his opposite number on, I like this but defensively he offers absolutely nothing.

Sancho, maybe because he's played more, has more experience but looks a) more of a threat going forward but b) does at least offer something without the ball.

Blows hot and cold for me but got to say tonight I think he's been excellent, especially with comments on Hudson-Odoi, he can be very partisan with past comments about him and Barkley but think he's got the balance about right tonight.

The glee in the commentators voice when he thought Hudson Odoi had scored...... Only to be replace when he realised Barkley had put it in the back of the net was hilarious..... He so wanted to give it to Hudson Odoi right up to the point where the camera angle showed that his original shot was going wide till Barkley volleyed it in......

The only top teams at the moment for me are France and Belgium & Belgium won't be for long with a few hitting their peak years. Plenty of rebuilding ahead for a lot of teams but never write off the Germans, we know how much those fuckers love to turn us over when we start believing in something
