thus proves there is no real coaching of any style of play it’s just pick an 11 regardless of form and make up the formation. A proper coach would have a style of play where players are interchangeable and can be swapped in and out without disrupting the style of play.

He just got back from injury and he's 100000000000000000x the player Sissoko is with the ball at his feet.
I loved him in our Champions League run, but he's complete shite now. There's no way he deserves to play instead of Dele, Lo Celso or Lamela. We shouldn't fit the system to accomodate Sissoko, not at this level.
