Probably the same conditions that 777 have failed to deal with previously such as showing proof of funds to run tyhe club for a couple of years, deal with previous ffp issues etc.

So maybe time for 777 to shit or get off the pot, and Moshiri to find better alternatives who might just have the funds to run the club.

A mid April date which is a loan repayment date may trigger a change in controlling shareholder ....... or administration ......... maybe.

Given Usmanov's involvement (although he's an Uzbek, he's very much part of the Russian elite) its perhaps fitting to use Churchill's phrase about Russia to describe Everton's current state and future 'a mystery wrapped up in an enigma'

Surely whatever points they had returned need to be deducted again (and more?) off the back of this 2nd round of charges........ The same excuses can't be allowed to continue to wash if they've made no genuine attempt to rectify their failings.

Absolute farce.

....So is the fact that the EPL have wimped out in the face of their and Forest's whining and are pushing forward with this incoming set of changes that will see '115 charges of cheating FC' completely kill everyone else with their fraudulently accrued spending power.

Still; never too late to emulate their "ambition" and avoid further "embarrassment".....

The hilarious thing is that when that narrative was prevalent, those same people were gleefully slinging around the "don't want to do a Leeds" meme in sarcastic fashion...............

Turns out that's EXACTLY what Moshiri did do.
