Personally l feel we overlook technic for strength, pace and stamina . Look at Arse they prioritise a far more technical player . That is why we can do so little with the ball and struggle to maintain possession under pressure.

I have watched the Paratici video several times now and have not seen a more tone deaf piece of club PR in a long time. It has raised a number of questions:
1. Why is Paratici still at the club when their is even a question of financial fraud?
2. Why does the club think Conte was the only problem?
3. How can anyone enjoy the football we have been playing this season?
4. How are the performance in the Cup Exits Acceptable?
5. Where is the plan going forward, the man making the statement has such an uncertain future how can he be part of it?
6. What is up with the low quality production on the video?
7. Why does it look like he doesn't give a shit about the fans?

Kulu, Porro, Bentancur, Perisic, Gil all technical. Sarr is good technically imo.
Lenglet is technical but a donkey for pace and mobility.

Inflating player sales values or swaps don't work either. Yes you get a year 0 boost to revenue for FFP purposes but years 1-5 of the contract the new player's amortisation is also inflated. Paratici - Fraud
Conte- 10 Month Ban for Match Fixing (Overturned)
Stellini - Match Fixing
The question is we do not seem to do proper background checks on these people and some of these people we do not even do a google search on.
No doubt we will waste more time waiting on his appeal. We really should be sacking him and paying really good money to get our ideal DOF with and attacking philosophy in right now, giving him time to settle and pick his manager in the summer. It’s looking like it will be another 2021 style scramble to piece the club together again this summer.
