Another reason why he's a poor choice.

Not just a mediocre record, but he's a total hot head with no temperament- basically no chance he's a long term manager.

So will be harder to attract younger players when they know the manager is going to leave soon anyway.

I believe he head-butted our assistant manager at some point which is rather endearing. A bit of violence in the workplace never does any harm does it?
