He had like 2 injuries before he came to us and now he can't last at all.

Piss take.

The PL is a challenge for every player, it's become a cliche but the intensity of the matches, the training and the fixture calendar is like no other league. If a player is in poor condition or naturally fragile they will always get found out.

Let's hope that he can do what Ndombele did and work hard to improve his fitness. We can't be relying on players who are never fit.

They must be doing something on the training ground because there is fuck all intensity in the Premier league this year

Sell him now while his name brings value. Throw in Lamela with any deal.
Really like Gio as a player and think he'd be great for us if fit and coached well, but can't wholly disagree with this. Wasn't there rumours of Juventus interest? Probably just fluff. But given his injury record I'd just about take 40/45m were it offered. He's a tough player, but his build looks a fragile one and that's proving to be the case in his time with us so far.

I'd really investigate our medical department this is happening with a lot of players.

Although

this is a very good point.
If you look at like Doherty , Hojbjerg the ones who we signed from other Premier league teams none of them have got injured so perhaps its more of an adapting thing

But back to Lo Celso. He's missing too much gametime for us. I feel like last year we rushed him back a bit. Get him fully fit I'd rather he take a bit of time out and get fully fit then him just constantly missing patches of the season.

Apparently according to one of those ITK'S he felt his hamstring on the 2nd day of his return to training

Makes sense.

You need to be careful with these sort of injuries , look at Dele who picked up a few hammy's and now is plagued with them.

He shouldn't be rushed back , he missed his pre-season and its starting to show. Relax with him , give him time and make sure he is fully fit.

Anyone know when the memorial service is FFS! And people were calling N'dombele a waste of money. Its like a curse with Argentina players since Ricky and Ossie..
Apparently back at start of March but yes he's missed over 2 months and he'd missed over a month of action before this injury.

Far too injury prone and if there's a problem just let him fix it rather than rushing him back. We don't want Lamela 2.0
