Sterling and Son as our wingers...

Sterling and Kane don’t compliment each other well for England, so it’s a big fat no

Everton and England striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, 24, will be Woolwich's top target next summer. (Football.London)

Shouldn't this be us?

Would Ihlas Bebou at Hoffenheim be a decent back up option to bring into the attack perhaps? 27 so still has some years in him. Scores at a decent enough rate at Hoffenheim but not outside of our price range.

Ok so having watched all of the teams for a full 90 mins at least twice its very clear to me that Liverpool Chelsea and Manchester City are the most complete and capable sides.

That said every single other side is flawed enough that the final ECL place could go to anyone else. The sides with the best coaches will have the best chance which ironically I think is what will do for United. Right now even Brentford could grab that spot.

Most frustrating is that if we could add mobile dominant center half and another forward we'd have as good a chance as anyone

First and foremost any new signings need to not be South American. Having 4 already who twaddle off for 2 weeks every other month is quite enough, thankyou.

A loan of a decent reserve striker from Barca or Madrid would be perfect. A decent AM who can challenge Ndombele place in team would also be welcome.

I don't think any Spurs fans need to be put through Luuk De Jong playing for the team.

The same applies for any international player....... Being SA has nothing to do with it. The problem is Covid red-zones atm (which is a fluid situation).

If anything this January's AFCON would be more of a factor when considering January transfers.

Liverpool: Bye-bye Salah, Mane, Keita for 6 weeks. :mourhandlaugh:
