he is solid, with great attitude..not a champion, but he is a soldier, the opposite of our cunts ndombelè and GLC. If conte want him then ok, he is a low cost option, with zero risk for usFair comment.
But i have since looked him up, and what i have seen doesn't get me excited.

I’m guessing that the thinking is that right now we have Winks, Højbjerg and Skipp and then £400k+ per week that doesn’t get used at all.
If we got rid of that £400k+ per week for 6 months, and brought in this guy who I imagine would be far less expensive to pay his wages for those 6 months, and he actually is used, that’s an improvement.
If he turna out to actually be better than one of the three players we do currently use, then that’sa bigger improvement.
Highlights and write ups suggest he’s another all rounder type but with a bit more bite than Winks, a bit more zip than Højbjerg and a bit more skill than Skipp. Not sure what’s happened to him this season but if this were last summer I’d be saying ‘seems a shrewd move’, though once again I know nothing about him.
