His ridiculously high energy style only works with young players so he'd have to ditch any older stars if he moved to a big club. There's a reason why he's managed at the clubs he has.

I actually don't think the problem are the players personally. Spoilt brats half of them. It is the scouting strategy and transfer policy of upper management. It isn't a football club so much as a business and when Jose fucks off the next manager will face the same problems as Poch did.

Perhaps Levy will be more diligent in the contract terms when it comes to sacking the next one. Anything to avoid a painful rebuild I guess. For 3M nicker a year I'd avoid it too.

HE'S ALREADY IN POSITION!!! There is nowhere for him to go other than to do want FB's do (which Aurie does) and that's to take the risk of having the ball, move out wide (and in Jose's eye expose the inside channel to the oppo). If he wants his FB's to bomb up the pitch, then that is what you would have seen from Aurier, who is an attack-minded FB. He would have offered himself for the ball. He wants him exactly where he's at. This is JOSE BALL!! This is why he's a CUNT.

Jose doesn't give a fuck about what we do when we have the ball! He doesn't want the ball! His ONLY concern is the defensive shape we have when we don't have the ball, how we stop the oppo from playing. Jose playing out from the back, oh do me a fucking favour!!!!

Listen to yourself, in a game where we were our NORMAL passive pathetic cowardice selves you actually want to pin that on the player when in the same clip you see the opposite FB give the ball away and then as a consequence get caught out of possession as Utd break. The clip Jose would be most proud of Aurier for his discipline and mad a Reggie for losing the ball and have Utd counter attack whilst he's now out of position wide and high up the pitch.

The dinosaur has us play like passive cowards for the best part of two years, when you see that actually happen you blame the player!!! Oh deary me.

Other posts I’ve made on here acknowledge that under him we were the best side in the PL for over two years and I also stated that our first XV at the couldn’t be improved only any additions from other PL teams

Poch's final 18 months were a perfect storm which got too much for him and Levy was as useful as a chocolate tea pot the same with Steve Hitchen who is hates most his job and seems incapable of identifying players. The fact is Poch stated we needed a rebuild and we needed as new structure put in place to support Poch, the problem he had is he took us to a level then we needed further investment to take us to the next level but at the same time key pieces like Dembele got old and Eriksen got tired of Spurs.

November 2019 may have been Poch's time to go but that is not because of his lack of ability as a manager or coach it is because Levy and Steve Hitchen failed to support him.

I thought our last really good performance was away at Everton thrashing them 6-2 in December 2018

How dare you claim something like this.

Let me give you quick guide how it is allowed to think in here -
1) Poch was god. He built us. He brought Kane into this world and he single-handedly built the stadium, cut the grass, welded goal posts and everything. Never did a thing wrong during his time with us. All decisions correct!
2) Also all the players are perfect. They follow managers calls 24/7, even while they are asleep! They are totally motivated and will fight like their life depends on it!
3) As players obviously fully follow and fight for managers and are perfect human beings, it all means that just our current manager is at fault at every single thing that is wrong! He has no clue and just all those perfect players are absolutely forced to jog along the field looking disinterested. Whenever there will be a new gaffer at the wheel, we will most likely never lose a game with those perfect human beings.

So in the second Mou leaves, we will instantly be the best team in the world. He is the sole thing that is wrong.

Print this post our and look next time before you dare to suggest that there could be anything wrong with any member of the squad except Mou!!!

Shaw has been absolutely insane for about a year now. Who can even deny that?

And I hate fat boy. It's just fact.

Who has been better? Tierney, Robertson etc have been good but Shaw has barely had a bad game, played almost every game and created more chances, crosses and assists than anyone.

Ah, always others at fault.

What about when he had squad of Rose, Jan, Toby, Walker, Wanyama, Dembele, Eriksen, Kane, Alli and Son?
He failed to deliver than as well. Was that down to to others as well, as it almost always seems to be here?

He has massive issues with ability as well.

Of course he did lot of things right and managed to keep the squad motivated for few seasons. At times we played very good football and some players stepped forth in their developement. But he is not even half of godlike manager some here want to remember him by.
