Told you roma is going to be fine , was very aggressive in first half , got 2 goals and then put a professional performance in second half you never felt salzburg is going to score . they didn't bottle 1 goal ( aggregate ) lead unlike we all know who.
I think the difference between Roma and spurs was roma players actually listened to Mourinho and their fans isn't some kind of arrogant entitled cnut , match going fans love Mourinho and would back him over any players

Terrible manager based on ? Negative net spend and 1/3 of starting 11 always out injured since the start of the season, he still guide them to 3rd in the League conceded only 19 goals so far with bunch of unknown defender , only 4 teams did better in europe in term of goal conceded

With some key players back from injuries, current Mourinho team start to look like how he envisioned them since the beginning of the season , hopefully the players remain injury free we will see them having a strong run towards the end of season

He's not terrible, you're right about that. He's just average. 3rd with Roma with the players they have is decent, not exceptional. They've pretty much matched expectations there, maybe slightly exceeded them.
Jose isn't totally useless - he can win you a 3rd tier cup and get you top 6. If you give him a mega squad he might even finish 2nd. But he's nowhere near the upper echelon of managers anymore & that's reflected in the fact he's working at clubs like Spurs or Roma and not Madrid or United anymore.
