Well done mate and I totally agree with you
Not my choice originally but I’m right behind him until he’s had a real crack of the whip

Ey?
I've, for the most part, supported Mourinho from the moment we got him.
Not sure I'd consider Pochettino my hero either - I've blasted his team selections, player favouritism and his cause of wasted youth development for years.
The point was Pochettino's first 21 games yielded the same amount of points as Mourinhos and was used as a positive. It CAN take time for a manager to get his point and his imprint across, especially when they haven't had a pre-season with the team and the team they are taking over were completely void of any confidence or were in a toxic environment (Poch with Sherwood etc)
There were calls for Pochettino to be sacked or for us to replace him throughout that first 12 months of his reign. Fast forward another 12 months and he could do no wrong.
I have no doubt Daniel Levy will look at that, as well as Mourinho's resumé, and give Mourinho the time - let's see what he can do when he's got the players in for his first pre-season with them, a clear idea of what formation he truly wants to play, gets rid of the players that aren't going to suit it and makes signings that hopefully HE wants.
I think we conceded 18 goals in the first 12 PL games under Poch. We are conceding at 1 per game now. Much better I'd say. And we could have had more goals if the VAR referee didnt disallow anything and everything we did vs Sheff Utd and punished that idiot who elbowed Son in the face.
Its really much better than before.
I’m not sure he is the man to make Spurs a good side challenging for trophies but, like you I want to see it happen.Well done mate and I totally agree with you

No one is saying Pochs first 12 games were good but we condeded 14 in Morinhos first 12 PL games. My point is under Jol, Redknapp and Poch we had started to see a plan and pattern of play starting to develop at the same stage. Its not even about results. I'd rather win a couple lose a couple of the next 5 and see something to give encouragement for next season rather than five 1-0's like Everton. ( caveat that one of the wins has to be against the goons)I think we conceded 18 goals in the first 12 PL games under Poch. We are conceding at 1 per game now. Much better I'd say. He also won 5 trophies during those two spells, let's see if Ole will manage to win even one trophy.his second spell at Chelsea and his time at Man United both ended badly and you see how United have improved since he left.
Big MJ took over from Santini who was way out of his depth in the Prem; and Redknapp took over from Ramos who was also way out of his depth...Jose has taken on a team in decline but managed by someone who knew what they were doing. It’s worse, in a way: easy to pick up after an imbecile, someone who should never have been there; when there’s an alternative, respected, personality, then you have to slowly unpick learned habits. Plus Santini and Ramos were only there a short time: this is well- and- truly Poch’s team, with Poch’s focus and way-of-playing (which stopped working effectively Jan 2019). Shame.Jol and Redknapp came in at a similar time of the season and you could see something was happening. Results still inconsistant but we could play really well on a decent day, all within a shorter timeframe and similar amount of games. Both took on a weaker squad in a worse position as well.
Agreed. That’s why I put the caveat in about Solskjaer, they are heading in the right direction, but they’ve a ways to go before they seriously challenge City and Liverpool. He also won 5 trophies during those two spells, let's see if Ole will manage to win even one trophy.
Mourinho has won the title in his second season at each of his major clubs—Porto, Chelsea (twice), Inter Milan and Real Madrid—is not some spurious quirk of fate.
In Foucault's Pendulum, Umberto Eco wrote, "Everything is repeated, in a circle. History is a master because it teaches us that it doesn't exist. It's the permutations that matter."
Umberto-him never wrong.
You're on!I will bet you one million pounds that he will not win the title on his second season here.
The last thing you should do is muddy your mind about his time at Chelsea or United. Look at the facts, if you can.I’m not sure he is the man to make Spurs a good side challenging for trophies but, like you I want to see it happen.
My reservations are probably like a lot of others in that I’m not sure if his approach will pay dividends, his second spell at Chelsea and his time at Man United both ended badly and you see how United have improved since he left.
Not only that but under an unproven manager with no track record.
In saying all that, I’m willing to back him and hope he is the man to turn things around.
if u build stuff you will understand what jose is doing.
Jose within three matches, stipulated sissoko is not one of his mdfield two, sissoko [limited] did not sulk, just got on with it.
Yes he could of given skipp, a few more games.
The defence, and defensive organization of the team is a massive problem with the current personel.
Once the so called modern formation of a back five is sorted, 'not including keeper' the team will function better.
By playing some players more often than not, regardless of effort, he is putting them in the shop window, for a summer transfer, just like he done with Erikssen upto the end of Jan.
They were always going to do Dier but the VAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jose was furious today.
In my view, the decision against Eric Dier was similar to the decision that disallowed Harry Kane´s goal against Sheffield. Any normal football person would decide in our favor. However, VAR referees and the FA apparently live in their own world.
The "letter of the law" argument only applies against us - hard to imagine one of those decisions going against Manchester United or Liverpool, for example.
I see a tendency against Tottenham.
I thought he sounded a bit down, sort of "Now what?"Jose was furious today.

In the same way that Poch's ban to the stands was to last until after we played the dippers, Eric's ban came just in time for the gooners. They've had how many months to sort this out and they do it the week of the game.
The Prem are desperate for the gunts to be good again. Leicester and Wolves don't generate revenue like they do.
Dier deserved a ban but the timing is what stinks. Same as that clown looking cunt grabbing Maupay by the throat and getting away with it. That is quite the statement by the Prem.
I have a feeling that Jose enjoys the narrative anyway so hopefully he can harness the hate and put some fire in the player's belly.
