this is really poor management and is not how top modern managers work. Klopp and Guardiola practice moves constantly hence why their teams know how to beat the press. This type of hands off training may have once worked but it is very similar to how Redknapp worked.
He got sacked for being shit. For having us play shit. For having us finish our joint lowest league position in over a decade two season on the bounce and for losing the dressing room.
If you watch the interview in full in where he says these things, Kane also says he was completely different to Poch in training, not doing anything on fitness with the players, no sports science ("the complete opposite to Poch"). It has taken OGS two seasons to get his Man U players fit, he's been very vocal and completely shocked at the lack of the Utd players fitness (they too looked as unfit as our players do at the moment). Fucking dinosaur.
It´s not poor management for a player like Kane, though.
Outstanding and hard working players like Harry Kane (or Sonny, to use a different example) don't have problems with Mourinho; the average and/or overrated ones do.
Unfortunately, Spurs have a lot of average and overrated players.
Shame that a professional football team is made up of more than 2 players!!
