A decent, but not out-standing right back.
If Lloris had the reactions of a snail he would be a shit goalkeeper, no?
Good reactions are vital to being a great keeper. Good pace isn't vital to being a great fullback. Baines is a good full back, yet isn't that quick. Neither is Clyne. Zabaletta has probably been the best right back in the premier league over the past 3 years, yet doesn't have anywhere near Walkers pace. Why is he so good then? He knows how to defend and knows how to attack.
Walker has 0 assists this season in the league, 2 assists last season 4 assists the season before that, scoring 1 goal.
Zabaleta has had a poor season, yet has 3 assists this year, 6 the year before that, 2 the year before that, scoring 4 goals.
I couldn't care less if he had a poor game against Burnley. My point had absolutely nothing to do with his current form. My point was, he hasn't developed in 3 years and I have doubts he ever will. Doubt our long term future for the next 3-4 years include him.
