They've changed it now so you only need to wait for a full transfer window so he'll convert in Feb if he plays in the first half of the season

If we buy another HG player (cough Eze) this window who is playing many of our games plus maybe a couple of youngsters getting game time we might find our playing time is enough to stabilise us at 2 ESC players and might push us up the scale to 3 ESC after a year or 2.
