Walker and Parker are both woeful so far. Parker takes about 10 touches before he does anything with it. Dembele isn't far better to be fair.

it's basically like every Europa League game so far this season (especially away), tepid and passive. Everything is so slow

Too right.

Everyone are soooo slow on the ball and nobody are showing an ounce of initiative.

The best teams in the world all have in common that they are proactive. That is why, we are nowhere near the top yet.
