Haven't we learned? We shouldn't hire a manager just to please Kane. If he's not on board, we can sell him and try to rebuild with a different system.
I am not saying hire a manager to just please Kane, I am saying hire a manager that's going to actually improve us and work with a coherent footballing plan.

First of all we have to actually CREATE that coherent footballing plan so a manager can blend with it. We don't even have a plan currently, let alone a coherent one lol.

Also, it's all well and good saying if Kane is not on board we just sell him and rebuild but the reality of that is going to hit this club HARD.

We are talking about an irreplaceable talent here and we are putting our trust in Daniel Levy to replace him, the same Levy who has reached a loan limit on players because of all the flops we have signed.

This club desperately needs Kane at this point and that's not even hyperbolic to say that, we need him more than we ever needed Bale when he left, we are talking about the clubs all time top goal scorer here.

We will freefall without Kane in this team imo.

Does anyone know what went wrong at Leicester? Has he had injury problems, lost the dressing room ? Is the squad not good enough ?
Many issues combined I think. They didn't refresh the squad in the summer since they have extreme money problems (they've been propped up by their owners tax free business, which obviously didn't do well during covid) for a few years. And only recently had their debts to their owners written off. And their core is getting old. Slap some injuries on it and a manager who has been there a bit too long and it was bound to come crashing down eventually.
