Not bothered if JN goes to Chelsea would just show he wasn't the one for us if he does.

Any one of Slot, Kompany, Carrick, Poch, De Zebri
Gallardo would be exciting. Most of them are a bit of a gamble but tried and tested hasn't exactly paid off either.

Potter and Rodgers would be a big no from me. They may be good coaches but they aren't charismatic and I want to feel that connection with the club again.

We need someone who is going to bring back the team spirit and play attacking football.

Get the right man and everything around the club can become very positive again, hopefully they know or care enough about what the fans want to make the right appointment. I have my doubts though!

I sort of disagree about the charisma part.

If our manager was a plank of wood, but had us playing exciting, attacking football, I really wouldn't care.

It's all about the football for me, I could care less about the manager's personality.

Im fine with Potter. Plays a similar formation to what our squad is built for so we don’t need start another rebuild.

I think his failure at Chelsea was down to a bloated squad and his inexperience in handling big egos. He’d do alright here.

Kompany was not poor at Anderlecht. Im a fan and he over achieved.

Look where they are now in the league. He finished 3th last season.

He's a brilliant manager!
But compared to the Anderlecht of the 70s - with a prime Rob Rensenbrink, van der Elst, Haan, and Broos - when they were one of the top clubs in Europe... not winning the Belgian league is an underachievement ... Of course, time changes, but those were the days...

Kompany as manager with Vertonghen as his assistant…?
Screw it give it to Superman

Where's the money going to come from? No more Abramovich loans and they blew their load these past two transfer windows. He'll get what they have available and that's pretty much it. If he wants 3-4 new players worth 50-60 mil each, that ain't happening.
They just spent SIX HUNDRED MILLION and you're still questioning their appetite to spend?

Of course!

But the club has financial troubles and VK did a fanstastic job with mainly academy players.
